We currency only ship to the United Arab Emirates.

Currently we do not offer shipments outside of the UAE.  Please contact our customer service team if you wish to purchase outside of the UAE & we will endeavor to help you with this.

For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment. For Cash On Delivery Orders, a signature may or may not be taken. 

Once the package has been signed for, the product is no longer under Lost And Ferals liability.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. 

If you want to return or exchange your order, please submit a request here within 14 days of receiving your order.  [NB, previously we spoke of a returns “contact form” which can be added here]

If your order has already been placed, you can no longer edit your order or change your address.  

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our team. You can cancel your order up until the point where you receive a notification email that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address specified by you. If the items have been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.

In the unlikely event a product becomes out of stock after purchase, we will advise a revised Leadtime or a refund for this product according to your choice.
